صلصة البيتزا : كوب طماطم طازجة فلفل أخضر مقطع إلى شرائح زيتون أسود : ربع كوب جبنة الموتزاريلا ببروني. عجينة البيتزا : كوب ونصف ماء دافئ ملعقتان صغيرتان خميرة أربعة أكواب فارينة ملعقة صغيرة ملح ملعقة صغيرة سكر ربع كوب زيت زيتون.

طريقة التحضير

يتم مزج الماء، والخميرة، والسكر في وعاء صغير، ثم يُترَك المزيج جانباً لمدة خمس دقائق. تخلَط الفارينة والملح في وعاء كبير. تُحدَث فجوة في وسط الخليط، ويُضاف مزيج الخميرة مع الزيت. تُعجَن المكونات جيداً، ثم يُدهَن سطح العجينة بالقليل من الزيت، ثم يُعجَن مرّةً أخرى، ويُوضع في وعاء مناسب. يُغطّى الوعاء، ويُترَك جانباً في مكانٍ دافئ حوالي ساعة؛ حتى يتضاعف حجم العجينة تدهن صينية الفرن وترص عليها عجينة البيتزا. توضع طبقة من صلصة الطماطم، ثمّ طبقة أخرى من الجبن. توزين بشرائح الفلفل، والزيتون. ثمّ توضع في الفرن حتّى تنضج و قبل تقديمها توضاف الببروني والزيتون وتقدم ساخنة.
